This is physical work—you're on your feet and help people move; there are no medical tasks—nurses handle those. Pay is $16–$18/hour (with STNA at $18/hour). We offer 10% holiday pay, free training pathways, biweekly direct deposit, and a W-2 position.

Qualifications

• Active STNA license or eligible for activation.
• HHA certificate (30+ hours) or verified experience in home care.
• No experience? we offer a free training pathway.

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults with baths, dressing, meals, and light cleaning.
• Provide companionship and reassurance; help with errands as needed.
• Support mobility and activities within the home (no medical tasks).
