Job summary

Village Caregiving in Michigan is hiring compassionate caregivers, CNAs and Home Health Aides to join our team in Barry County. You’ll provide one-on-one care and support to clients, improving quality of life through personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep and companionship.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $16-$20, daily pay options, insurance, CPR training and flexible schedules. Previous home health or long-term care experience is preferred and driving is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in home health or long-term care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow health and safety standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and patient transfer.
• Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
