Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and care team.
• Reliable, compassionate, and responsible in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship to support emotional well-being.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility and use of basic lifting equipment as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain client confidentiality.
