Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide personal hygiene care (oral, skin, hair, nails).
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and ROM exercises per care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation; maintain safe environment.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Offer companionship and emotional support; document care provided.
