Job summary

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking Home Health Aides to provide in-home care in Huntingdon, PA and surrounding areas. Day shifts Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule are available.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, grooming, transfers and ambulation, medication reminders, and companionship. Applicants must pass a clean background check within the last year, complete a two-step TB test, and may take a state competency test if no CNA license is held.

Qualifications

• Clean criminal background check within the last year is required for all applicants.
• Two-step tuberculosis test administered by a family physician or a TSPOT/chest x-ray is mandatory.
• Completion of a competency test provided by the state if a CNA license is not available.
