Right at Home Morgantown is seeking a Home Health Aide to support seniors and adults in their own homes in Wheeling, West Virginia. You will provide companionship, help with daily living activities, and assist with basic personal care while promoting independence and safety.

You will collaborate with the client's healthcare team, keep accurate care records, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in in-home care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and reliable caregiver.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to follow care plans and document basic information accurately.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living activities (light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care).
• Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their needs and preferences.
