TEEMA Solutions Group seeks two Caregivers to join our home health team in Union City, CA. You will deliver direct patient care to seniors in their homes, with a baseline of 20+ hours per week and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualified applicants hold CNA and HHA certifications, CPR and First Aid, a valid driver's license, and experience with Hoyer lifts. Bilingual English plus Cantonese, Mandarin, or Hindi is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Credentials: Active CNA and HHA certifications.
• Life Support: CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience with seniors and Hoyer lift operation.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Aufgaben

• Direct Patient Care: Assist seniors with ADLs and daily living needs.
• Mechanical Transfers: Safely operate a Hoyer lift and other devices for transfers.
• Clinical Safety & Monitoring: Monitor patient status per agency policies.
• Emergency Response: Be ready to perform CPR or First Aid as required.
• Operational Flexibility: Commit to 20+ hours per week with flexible scheduling.
