Job summary

Honor in Seaside, CA is hiring caregivers to support seniors at home. Earn $18.50–$19.25 per hour with weekly pay and flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 13 hours. Positions available in Monterey, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel and nearby areas.

You will provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care with 24/7 team support and a mobile app for updates, scheduling, and earnings tracking. Requirements include commit to two weekly shifts and basic English; compliance as needed.

Qualifications

• Willing to commit to at least two weekly shifts with the same client
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
• Dedicated support from our team, available 24/7
• Leverage our mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking
