Requirements include a valid Florida HHA or CNA certificate, CPR, TB test, fingerprint-screening readiness, valid ID/SSN, and reliable transportation. Travel up to 20–45 minutes may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid HHA or CNA certificate (Florida).
• CPR certification.
• TB test results.
• Willing to undergo fingerprint screening (ACHA).
• Valid ID and Social Security card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Be able to travel 20-45 minutes for some clients.
• Pass drug screening.
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living: hygiene, grooming, dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping: meals, laundry, tidying.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, social outings.
• Monitor health/behavior changes; ensure safety and comfort.
