Job summary

Home Care Agency LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in home or care settings, promoting comfort, safety, dignity, and independence through person-centered care.

You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility, while providing companionship and meticulous documentation, following care plans and safety procedures to ensure high-quality care for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care, home care, caregiving or related support roles is preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, care plans, and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to assist with routine caregiving tasks and mobility.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic documentation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide support with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and safe living environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support through respectful interaction.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed within care guidelines.
• Support routines and daily schedules while encouraging independence.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor or care team.
• Follow care plans, safety procedures, and agency policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
