Job summary

Right at Home Salt Lake is seeking compassionate individuals to join our in-home care team. As a Caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help clients live safely and comfortably at home in Salt Lake City. This is a part-time position with weekday and weekend shifts available.

The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and building meaningful connections with adults who may have dementia or mobility needs. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
• Experience using hoyer lift and gait belt (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Prepare healthy meals and maintain a safe home.
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
• Give timely medication reminders.
