Adultcare Assistance Homecare in Surprise, AZ, is hiring caregivers to support seniors at home. You will drive clients to appointments and assist with bathing, grooming, meal prep and daily activities to help maintain independence and dignity. The role includes light housekeeping, medication reminders, and memory care support.

A reliable car and a valid driver’s license are essential. We offer competitive pay ($17–$20/hr) for full-time and part-time shifts, with sign-on rewards, pay raises at 90

Qualifications

• Experience caring for seniors or in-home care preferred.
• Reliable car and valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming to maintain dignity and comfort.
• Provide incontinence care with respect and sensitivity.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce client stress at home.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Provide medication reminders to support health routines.
• Support memory care safety to prevent falls and confusion.
• Assist with simple physical therapy exercises as directed by caregiver plan.
