Job summary

You will follow a client care plan developed with the RN and family, perform duties such as ambulation, personal hygiene, meal assistance, light housekeeping, transportation, and monitoring comfort.

Qualifications

• Caregiver role requires compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care provided.
• Strong communication and observations for client safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide nonmedical in-home care per the client’s care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Support with ambulation, personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, and meal planning.
• Perform light housekeeping, shopping, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Provide companionship and monitor client well‑being; report incidents to the supervisor.
