Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking committed caregivers to support families and help clients remain safely and comfortably at home. The role focuses on ADLs, end-of-life care, and boosting spirits to sustain quality of life through exceptional home care services.

Caregivers must commit to 40 hours per week and be willing to serve clients within the office service area. Travel time and overtime are reimbursed per standard guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Experience with end-of-life care a plus
• Ability to boost spirits and sustain quality of life in home care

Aufgaben

• Accept shifts within agreed availability
• Return calls promptly, within 4 hours
• Provide notice for unavailability or time off
• Provide required employment paperwork
• Review client care plans before care
• Have reliable transportation to see clients
• Communicate concerns to the agency promptly
• Complete required in-service trainings
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Report concerns of abuse or neglect
• Avoid discussing personal issues with clients or reps
• Maintain access to email and a reliable phone for updates
• Wear PPE as trained
• Maintain a clean, insured vehicle with up-to-date service
• Perform all duties listed in the job description
• Meet all qualifications and skills required
• Follow all responsibilities as a condition of participation
