Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide in-home support to clients. You will assist with ADLs, housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and companionship in a flexible, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for clients
• Transfer/move clients safely within the home
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuum, dust, mop, dishes, laundry, bathroom)
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments
• Assist with bathing, dressing, shaving as needed
• Provide medication reminders and ROM exercise support
• Offer dementia care and companionship activities
