Visiting Angels of Reading, PA is seeking a Part Time Caregiver to support local clients in Reading, Wyomissing, Mt Penn, and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible schedules, competitive hourly wages, and opportunities for growth in in-home care.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, following each client's care plan. A high school diploma and 6 months of caregiving experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license and

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months care experience with seniors or disabled adults.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Respond to emergencies quickly and responsibly.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications appropriately.
• Assist with mobility at home and during appointments.
