Qualifications
- Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
- TB test or Chest X-Ray clearance.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (1 year or more).
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
- Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately.
- Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
