SYNERGY HomeCare in Hawthorne, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical care in clients' homes. You will offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, and build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Valid Photo ID.
• Social Security Card or acceptable I-9 documents.
• TB Test within the last year.
• CPR & First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
