Endurance Home Care in Hackensack/Teaneck, NJ is seeking a Per Diem Caregiver to provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility support. You will follow care plans, remind about medications, and report changes to the care team.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with opportunity for wage growth and flexible scheduling. We offer competitive hourly pay, holiday pay, and referral programs, plus paid training and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Ability to lift heavy weights and assist with transfers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to commute.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Bank account with direct deposit capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Safety supervision and mobility assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care.
• Transportation to errands and appointments.
• Medication reminders and assistance with prescriptions.
• Follow care plan and daily/weekly reporting of notes to the Care Team.
• Facilitating and managing medical appointments and related health activities; monthly in-service trainings.
