C & C Smith Providers is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist clients in their own homes in Ohio. You will provide personal care, support daily living activities, and help maintain a safe and respectful living environment. A patient, reliable attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, and reliable individuals.
• Prior caregiving or home health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification a plus but not mandatory (we welcome applicants who are willing to learn!)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Support clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes promptly.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
• Build trusting relationships through compassionate care.
