Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring caregivers to support seniors in their own homes in Aubrey, TX. You’ll provide companionship, light housework, meals, transportation and daily living assistance, helping clients stay safe and independent.

We seek compassionate, reliable and professional individuals with good English communication, references, and a willingness to travel. CNA/HHA/BLS/CPR training is a plus but not required; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with seniors in a home setting (Preferred)
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• 2 professional references
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to travel
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation and errands, companionship and conversation
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home for clients
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed (bathing, dressing, mobility)
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, and provide hands-on compassionate care
• Adhere to care plans and communicate with families and team members
