Trail Ridge Home Care is seeking a Home Care Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support that helps seniors remain independent and safe in their own homes. Your role focuses on companionship and personal care, enabling clients to maintain their routines with dignity.

You will work within flexible scheduling, accepting shifts across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Join a supportive team that values your contributions and makes a real difference in clients’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance required.
• Must own or have access to reliable transportation to travel between client locations and assist with transportation needs as needed.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and committed to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes.
• Support clients with routines and care needs that promote physical, mental, and social well-being.
• Assist clients in maintaining or achieving their highest level of independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and support each client's unique needs.
• Assist with daily living activities and medically focused care as assigned.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Communicate with business office staff to support personalized care plans.
• Balance companionship, personal care, and client support based on individual needs.
