Job summary

Rhonda's House is seeking a caring, patient Caregiver to provide personal care and daily living assistance in clients' homes. You will help with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and keep environments safe and respectful.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts, immediate available shifts, supportive team culture, and opportunities for growth and training to advance your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, and reliable individuals.
• Prior caregiving or home health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification a plus but not mandatory (we welcome applicants who are willing to learn!).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Support clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes promptly.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
• Build trusting relationships through compassionate care.
