Job summary

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and clear communication with clients and families. Prior experience is a plus, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Prior direct care or home health experience is a plus.
• Clear and respectful communication with clients and families.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help clients with mobility and transfer tasks safely.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Support with medication reminders and adherence.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands to maintain a safe home.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of care and services provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
