Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support aging adults in their own homes. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship to help clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout daily routines.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance preferred/required when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship
• Assist with daily routines and activities
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
• Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence
