Job summary

Associated Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) to join our compassionate team. We offer multiple locations across Massachusetts, flexible shifts, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to undergo a background check. Training is provided for relevant certifications, with a supportive, family-oriented culture and direct deposit pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• HHA Certificate or CNA preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities and client changes in condition.
