Job summary

ComForCare of the Cape and South Coast is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes in Sandwich, MA. You will work one-on-one with clients to help them stay independent and safe, performing personal care, mobility assistance, meal planning, and household tasks.

Build meaningful relationships, provide companionship, and offer respite services to families. A passion for serving others and a reliable transportation option are essential, with prior caregiving experience

Qualifications

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
