Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Sylvester, GA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support tailored to each client’s needs. You will help with daily activities, meals, housekeeping, and companionship, while protecting dignity and independence.

Requirements include 18+, valid driver’s license, 6 months caregiving experience, background check clearance, and CPR certification or ability to obtain. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum six months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation for clients in their homes.
• Housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal hygiene care as needed.
• Transportation assistance to appointments and activities.
• Other light duties as assigned by supervisor.
