Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in Irvine, CA is hiring compassionate caregivers to support individuals at home. Responsibilites include personal care, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and following care plans.

We value problem-solving, self-starting attitudes, and the ability to adapt to care plans for diverse clients with I/DD. We offer flexible scheduling, paid orientation, training, and sick time for California employees.

Qualifications

• Two Caregiving References: Provide contact information for two references who can attest to your caregiving experience.
• Valid ID: Ensure your identification documents comply with I-9 requirements.
• Negative TB Test: Provide proof of a negative TB test. If you need a TB skin test, we cover the full cost for eligible candidates.
• Reliable Commute: Preferred: Demonstrate a reliable means of commuting to work or have plans to relocate before your start date.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers)
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed
• Errands/transportation- As needed
