Job summary

ComForCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home in Massachusetts. You’ll provide daily living assistance, personal care, mobility help, meal prep, and companionship to help clients live independently in their own homes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work flexible hours. Prior caregiver experience is a bonus; PPE and safety training are provided to all staff.

Qualifications

• A passion to help others live their best lives.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Access to reliable transportation is required.
• Previous caregiver experience in homes or senior communities is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
