Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Greenfield, MO is seeking a compassionate HCY Caregiver to support clients in their homes. You will provide personal care, grooming, companionship, and help with daily living activities in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, ambulatory support, light housekeeping, laundry, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred; training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must drive a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
