Comfort Keepers of Mid-Shore Maryland is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Home Care Aides for Chester, MD and surrounding communities. Flexible part-time shifts, with responsibilities including companionship, personal care, and mobility support. Join a team dedicated to helping seniors remain safe and independent at home.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and are willing to work weekends. Competitive pay and supportive staff are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Background check will be conducted.
• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per month.
• Willingness to work at least one weekend shift per month.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Preparing meals and assisting with meal planning.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands when applicable.
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
