Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of East St. Paul is seeking caring caregivers to provide personalized home care on a per diem basis. You will work on-site at client homes within the service area and support clients with activities of daily living and mobility.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a CNA or PCA credential, and a valid driver's license. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to delivering safe, dignified care in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• CNA or PCA credentials required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and patience with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs.
• Follow care plans and instructions from care team.
• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional state; report changes.
• Assist with hygiene, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, mobility, transfers.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with clients and families.
• Travel to client homes within service area (up to 30–40 minutes).
