All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support, focusing on meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, and personal care. You will work in clients' homes, delivering respectful assistance and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required. Orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities for clients in their homes, including meal preparation and housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and personal hygiene support as needed.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.
