Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Moses Lake, WA seeks a Certified Caregiver to provide in-home care, assist with daily living activities, meals, transportation, and companionship, while maintaining client dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include medication administration as delegated, supporting safety, documenting changes, and collaborating with the care team; a valid HCA or CNA license, a GED or HS diploma, and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Supports personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations.
• Assists with passive range of motion when credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited vital signs support for informational purposes.
• Maintains accurate communication and reports changes to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned
