Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide at-home support for seniors in Longmont, Colorado. Join a team dedicated to making clients feel safe, respected, and truly cared for.

You will assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, help with grooming, manage medications as directed, and offer meaningful companionship. Training is provided, with flexible part-time and full-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
