All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors in their homes. You will provide personalized non-medical care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance as needed.

Flexible schedules close to home and daily pay options are available, with benefits, 401K participation, and tuition reimbursement. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
