Qualifications

• State ID or Driver's License required.
• Birth Certificate provided or within 18 years.
• 2 years PA residency proof required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Monitor and observe client conditions and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer memory care support for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Document care using EMR/EHR systems.
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Safely operate equipment like Hoyer lifts.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
