Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring caregivers in the Sewickley, PA area to support seniors in their homes. You’ll drive to client homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, with a valid license and reliable vehicle required.

The role features competitive hourly pay with a potential raise after a probation period and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff. We offer full-time and part-time options, weekend opportunities, weekly pay, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of three professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Completion of any required compliance steps.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.
