Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

As a caregiver, you will support clients across a range of ages and abilities, delivering reliable care with empathy, punctuality, and integrity. CNA preferred but not required; travel to client locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in in-home care or caregiving is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with clients and families with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation.
• Administer or remind about medications as directed, per care plan.
• Build trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
