Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team in the United States. You will provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, and remind clients about medications, building trusting relationships with clients and families.

Competitive pay ranges from $20–$28 per hour, with direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and opportunities for overtime and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
