Job summary

Right at Home in Deale, MD is seeking caring, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one support and companionship in clients' homes. This role offers flexibility for Deale and surrounding areas, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will assist with mobility, transfers, daily living activities, meal preparation, and errands while delivering compassionate companionship. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1 year of proven caregiving experience (home health aide, CNA or similar).
CPR and First Aid certification.
Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
Ability to speak and understand English as needed for the job.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one home care to clients to help them live safely and comfortably at home.
Assist with mobility devices (walker, wheelchair, lift).
Assist with transferring/moving clients.
Support daily living activities and range-of-motion exercises.
Prepare meals aligned with dietary needs and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
