Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking mature Homemakers to support disabled or dependent individuals at home in Massachusetts.

You will help clients stay safe and comfortable by performing household tasks, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship while observing safety and privacy policies. Activities include reporting changes in condition, following care plans, and coordinating with the office for scheduling.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid or Hospice training is a plus
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Physically and emotionally capable of the role
• Prior home care experience helpful

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals; shop for groceries and supplies; handle housekeeping.
• Maintain client confidentiality and a professional, therapeutic relationship.
• Follow safety standards, agency policies, and wear required PPE.
• Communicate promptly with the agency about concerns or schedule changes.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time; report changes in condition.
• Keep a clean, insured vehicle and protect client privacy.
