Job summary

North London Adult Care is seeking kind and caring Care Workers to support clients in their own homes in Enfield and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, meal prep, mobility support, and companionship. Training is provided and previous care experience is not essential. Full-time, part-time and flexible opportunities available.

Qualifications

• No specific qualifications required beyond a caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities
• Help clients with washing, bathing, toileting and dressing
• Support mobility and safe movement around the home
• Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking
• Support clients with medication as required
• Help with light household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Provide day, night or live-in care when required
• Follow care plans and keep accurate records
• Report any concerns or changes in the client’s needs
• Respond appropriately to emergencies
