CareBuilders at Home in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Caregiver to join our team of home care professionals. You will provide high-quality assistance to clients in their homes, including daily living activities and medication reminders.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining accurate care records. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in home care, a high school diploma, and strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in home care setting (training or experience in a related field will be considered).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to transfer clients as needed (hoyer lift or sit to stand experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with medication reminders.
Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care plan.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care.
