Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient personality.
• A heart for caregiving with a focus on empathy and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care and build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Assistance with personal care and hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Offer respite care to support family members.
• Engage clients in activities to promote independence and well-being.
• Provide specialized support for Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
• Assist with light housekeeping and daily tasks.
