Job summary

Senior Helpers is dedicated to helping individuals age at home with compassionate, personalized home care. We are building a team of care professionals who support clients to do what they love while maintaining a healthy lifestyle physically, mentally, and socially.

Responsibilities include helping clients stay safe with daily tasks, engaging them in conversation and activities, following customized care plans, and communicating with care managers and office staff about client updates.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Strong compassion to help others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Must work at least 30 hours a week.
• You need a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help clients stay safe while assisting them with everyday tasks.
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities.
• Follow customized care plans and client agendas.
• Communicate with client care managers and office staff on updates on clients care.
