You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, nutrition, mobility, and medication reminders, while encouraging activity and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation to client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Helps clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Manages light housekeeping and home safety.
• Encourages clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Reminds clients to take prescribed medications on time.
• Assists with shopping and putting away groceries.
• Plans and prepares meals in collaboration with clients.
• Assists with mobility and transportation to appointments.
• Responds quickly to medical emergencies and reports changes.
