Job summary

Live Well Home Care in New Hampshire is seeking compassionate in-home aides to assist clients who need support due to age, illness, or disability. Qualifications

• Must have Physical and TB test results within last 11 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including ambulation, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders and mouth, nail, skin, and hair care.
• Support meal planning, meal preparation, and light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, laundry).
• Provide companionship and social interaction to reduce isolation.
• Assist with appointments, errands, and transportation.
• Ensure safety by monitoring the home environment and reporting unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager.
• Follow care plans and agency policies to deliver respectful, quality care.
