Job summary

Advantage Behavioral Health Systems is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with daily living activities in homes or community settings. You will provide training in personal, social, and work skills, help with meals, budgeting, shopping, and transportation, and support development of individualized service plans.

Responsibilities include maintaining client records, coordinating with case managers, and performing light housekeeping as needed to ensure a safe and supportive

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Some positions may require a valid driver's license.
Two years’ experience in social/direct care or related field for DSP3; or related degree.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities in home, non-residential or residential settings.
Provide training in basic personal, social, or work skills to consumers/students.
Assist with meals, budgeting, shopping, and transportation arrangements.
Develop and implement individual service plans; monitor progress and report changes.
Maintain client records and communicate with case managers and supervisors.
Perform housekeeping, record-keeping, and support duties as needed.
